How do I register?

To be able to see the prices, you have to register on-site. Our sales team will ask you to provide details regarding your company and approve your access after it.

What are the delivery cost?

Depends on the location you want to ship your products. After you place an order, we will contact you with an offer, including shipping cost – you can also use your logistic provider if you have your solution.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

After you place an order we will send you a proforma invoice. We accept payments with bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

How long will delivery take?

We usually send out all the products in 1-2 days. Logistic to your country shouldn’t take longer than 3-4 days, but it depends on the workload and shipping destination.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place an order, you will be contacted by our Key account manager with all the details – proforma, delivery time, shipping cost and so on.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course. You have to register to be able to buy on our B2B platform. We accept only companies registered in the EU VAT system.
